Our services

When you contact us

When you contact us, we’ll hold your contact details and any other information you provide with your enquiry for a minimum of three months.

  • If you tell us you have decided not to engage us following your initial enquiry, we will delete your information three months after our last contact with you.
  • If you don’t make any further contact following your initial enquiry, we will delete your information six months after our last contact with you.
  • If you become a client we will hold your information for six years after our last contact with you to fulfil our record-keeping obligations. After six years, we will delete your information.

When you become a client

When you become a client, we’ll hold your contact details in order to deliver the services you’ve asked for. We may also ask for further personal information to deliver your services, including but not limited to your name, your email address, phone number and billing/postal address. We may also request further information about your business or organisation in order to deliver the services you’ve asked for.

Data sharing

Whether you become our client or not, we won’t sell your data to third parties.

How we keep your information safe

We’re committed to protecting your personal data from being inappropriately accessed, altered, disclosed or lost. We have electronic security processes in place that protect the information we store about you and your business. Our third-party, cloud-based systems are encrypted and protected by the software providers’ security processes.

  • rectify inaccurate personal data
  • provide you with a copy of the personal data we have about you, if any
  • erase the personal data we have about you, if any (although we can’t erase data we are legally obliged to retain)
